What Can I Do?

• Be directly involved in the care of 

  your loved one.

• Visit your loved one frequently on different days and times.  If you cannot, ask a friend to visit.

• Join or start a Family Council 

         in the nursing home.

• Join a consumer action group - 

  united we stand, divided we fall

   

• Contact your state and federal legislators - 

let them know of your concerns
